Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industry and relevant functional work with strategy, boutique, or consulting firms.
- Bachelors degree from top universities (Engineering, Business Administration/Economics).
- MBA from a reputable university is a plus.
- Sector experience is a plus.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposed.
- Experiences in creating consulting style PowerPoint deliverables, status reports, meeting notes, project tracking etc.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and adaptation skills.
- Excellent communication, demonstration and presentation skills.
- Full computer literacy.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 20%.
