Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Responsibilities:
- Booking documents and maintaining registers for tax, customs, and accounting purposes.
- Booking fixed assets turnover, depreciation, RMK (Rozliczenia Międzyokresowe Kosztów - Deferred Expenses), payrolls, bank statements.
- Confirming balances of receivables and payables.
- Co-participation in the month/year-end closing process.
- Participation in fulfilling tax obligations arising from CIT (Corporate Income Tax) and VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations.
- Preparing accounting reports and statements.
- Ongoing contact and client support.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German.
- Knowledge of English will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge of SAP, Datev, or any financial and accounting software will be an additional asset.
- Specialized education (finance and accounting, taxes, economics) or experience in a similar position.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Good work organization and independence in performing duties.
- Ability for analytical thinking and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
