Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in relavant field, preferable in public health, epidemiology, or data science

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience managing and consolidating data to find meaning for the purpose of regular performance monitoring of programs
Job Description:
- Review patient registration forms and ensure timely and accurate updating of data in Google Sheets
- and other designated databases.
- · Maintain both manual and electronic records, files, and documents to ensure data is complete,
- organized, and readily accessible.
- · Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of paper-based and electronic data
- collection tools.
- · Coordinate with the Health Management Information System (HMIS) and Information Technology
- (IT) teams to resolve application issues and data-related errors.
- · Support the training of program staff on data collection tools, reporting requirements, and data
- quality standards.
- · Maintain up-to-date monthly program data and submit regular reports to the Program Manager.
- · Perform data entry, validation, cleaning, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and
- completeness of HIV program data.
- · Identify data discrepancies and reporting errors, and communicate them promptly to the relevant
- staff and the Program Manager for corrective action.
- · Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summary reports on program performance, data trends,
