About the Programme
Chalhoub Group is proud to participate in the Dubai Summer Camp 2026, an initiative in partnership with Dubai Government Human Resources Department, designed to provide Emirati students with early exposure to priority economic sectors and meaningful learning experiences within the private sector.
Through our Retail Exploration Programme, students will gain first-hand insight into the world of luxury retail and develop practical skills through interactive activities, workplace exposure, and guided learning.
What You Will Experience
During the programme, Emirati students will have the opportunity to:
- Explore the luxury retail sector and learn how different teams contribute to the customer journey
- Gain exposure to real workplace environments and career pathways
- Participate in interactive workshops and team-based activities
- Learn from professionals working across retail and related business functions
- Build future-ready skills, including communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and professional confidence
- Reflect on personal strengths, interests, and potential academic and career pathways
- Gain a clearer understanding of the opportunities available within the private sector
The programme combines career awareness, sector exploration, practical experience, self-discovery, and future career guidance.
Programme Details
- Programme period: August 2026
- Duration: 2 weeks
- Attendance: Daily attendance is required
- Location: Dubai, within real workplace and retail environments
- Certificate: Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate jointly issued by the organizing and hosting entities
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for motivated Emirati students who are:
- Currently in Grade 10, Grade 11, Grade 12, or their first year of university
- Curious to learn more about luxury retail and the private sector
- Committed to attending the full programme and actively engaging throughout the experience
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and step outside their comfort zone
