About the role: Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Bell/Garage Attendant provides a memorable arrival experience and bids a fond farewell to our departing guests. Key to your success is delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring standards execution and in doing so will create memories that will last a lifetime! What you will do: Create the first and last impressions for our guests arriving and departing the hotel Greet and farewell all hotel guests on the front doors Safely park and retrieve cars from our underground garage Deliver luggage to our guest rooms in a timely manner Assist with day to day enquiries from guests pertaining to local area attractions What you will bring: A “gift of the gab” and great guest engagement skills Flexibility to be able to work on a rotating roster on a casual basis A passion to provide a memorable guest experience Excellent attention to detail The ability to lift heavy loads of up to 30kg Must have a drivers license that allows you to drive in NSW and possess confidence in driving all types of vehicles What we offer: Fully maintained and laundered uniform Free staff meals Discounts in Hotel Food & Beverage Outlets Great career and professional development opportunities If you fit the above criteria we look forward to receiving your application!
