Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the Principal/Dean in overall strategic, academic, and operational management.
· Strong knowledge of latest teaching methodologies and regulations of the PM&DC, HEC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
· Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and quality improvement of academic and clinical programs.
· Oversee implementation of academic policies, curricula, and college regulations.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:
• Qualification and Experience as a Professor (with level III qualification) as per requirements of PM&DC.
• Additional qualifications in medical education will be an advantage
Experience:
· At least 5-7 years of administrative, teaching and research experience as a Head of Department, Unit, Hospital or Institution with recognized leadership qualities, a track record in teaching, and a commitment to medical education and research.
· Proven experience in managing Exam cell along with administrative and managerial expertise, particularly within hospital/institute settings.
· Strong knowledge of latest teaching methodologies and regulations of the PM&DC, HEC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
· Substantial administrative experience in overseeing teaching hospital operations, ensuring full compliance with the standards and regulatory requirements of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC), will be considered a strong added advantage.
General Conditions:

Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by PM&DC/HEC.
Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
