Job Qualifications YOUR PROFILE The following skills will help you to be successful: Good academic results in any of the following fields: engineering, technology , applied sciences or comparable technical studies Strong leadership skills and a strong Technical Mastery - you should have a strong technical background and/or curiosity to troubleshoot difficult problems and develop new solutions. You ideally have prior hands-on experience in understanding real work processes, working with operational data, automating workflows, and applying analytics or simple ML to improve daily operations. Fluent English skills is a must, preferable on German.
