We are looking for an HR Transformation Senior Consultant to join our Global Business Services (GBS) Team. Your future role will involve contributing to HR Transformation projects by evaluating existing HR operating models and identifying opportunities for enhancement, as well as implementing innovative solutions. You will collaborate with internal and client teams to transform HR operations, building a robust platform for client success. The role provides end-to-end support in HR Transformation journeys, from designing the HR operating model to executing large-scale business transformations. You will collect and analyze comprehensive HR data to present insights to clients and select tailored solutions, and play a key role in crafting compelling proposals to guide clients in their HR transformation and strategy execution. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 4+ years of professional experience in HR operating model setup or transformation
- Experience in HR SSC set up
- Functional HR experience with proven consulting expertise
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing and interpreting various HR data sets
- Exposure to additional functions like procurement, supply chain, FP&A, IT is a plus, but not a primary requirement
- The ability to adapt, take initiative, and demonstrate ownership in managing tasks and solving problems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint as evidence of consulting proficiency
- Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation)
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel within Europe and potentially globally.
Nice to have:
- Experience and knowledge in transition methodologies
- Expertise in consulting projects, process optimization, and business transformation
- Experience in Project Management with a successful track record of delivering projects
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
