The Rural Support Programmes Network (RSPN) is inviting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Company Secretary. RSPN is Pakistan's largest civil society network, reaching over 50 million people through its member Rural Support Programmes.
The CFO cum Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, thereby supporting RSPN in achieving its mission and objectives.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the non-profit sector in Pakistan.
• The required qualification is Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or ACMA (CIMA) from a recognised professional body.
• Experience in working with international donors and managing grant-funded projects is essential.
• Familiarity with government financial and procurement systems is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SECP regulations, taxation laws, and Economic Affairs Division (EAD) requirements is required.
• Experience as Company Secretary of a local non-profit Board is preferred.
