Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• FA/FSc or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a national/international NGO, hospital, or community-based health program.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Responsible for visiting health facilities and communities within the respective tehsil/town for household contact screening, default tracing, preventive therapy support, and sputum transportation.
• Applicant must be a resident of the same tehsil with own transport and valid motorcycle driving license; the post is non-transferable.
• Computer skills, particularly MS Office and online applications, are mandatory.
• Max age limit: 45 years.
