As a Manager in Technology Strategy, you will take end-to-end responsibility for designing, developing, testing, and deploying data and application solutions in Palantir Foundry. This role involves building and implementing data models and transformations using Python, PySpark, and Foundry-native capabilities, ensuring scalable and reliable data integration. You will also develop business-facing applications, workflows, and operational use cases (e.g., Workshop) in Foundry, translating business requirements into productive solutions.
On a full‑time basis, PwC offers an annual target salary (including variable components) from EUR 77,000 (all‑in) for a Manager. Depending on your qualifications and experience, your actual salary will be agreed upon in a personal conversation, with annual increases based on performance.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- **Education:** Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **Professional Experience:** 3–4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, application development, or platform implementation.
- **Mandatory Palantir Foundry Experience:** Hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry in a delivery/implementation role.
- **Technical Skills:** Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, Typescript or React.
- **Solution Delivery Understanding:** Strong understanding of end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
- **Agile Experience:** Experience working in agile teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- **AI/ML Experience (Plus):** Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus, especially within enterprise data platforms.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Structured, hands-on, and collaborative working style with the ability to drive topics independently.
