Eligibility / Qualification Required:
A private family is seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener to maintain and enhance the outdoor areas of a private residence. The role involves daily care of plants, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas, ensuring the garden remains healthy, well-maintained, and visually appealing at all times. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas of the private residence.
- Perform regular watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Plant and nurture flowers, shrubs, trees, and seasonal plants as required.
- Ensure proper care of irrigation systems and report any maintenance issues.
- Keep garden tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and in good condition.
- Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste regularly.
- Support basic outdoor cleaning tasks related to garden areas (paths, patios, outdoor furniture).
- Identify plant diseases or pests and recommend appropriate treatment.
- Coordinate with household staff or management when required for garden-related works.
- Follow family guidelines regarding privacy, safety, and work standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Gardener for a private villa, estate, or landscaped property.
- Knowledge of plants, trees, lawn care, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic (advantage).
- Prior experience working with private families or VIP households is preferred.
- Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
