This position offers a role providing legal administrative support, with a focus on corporate projects and regulatory routines. The successful candidate will engage in various tasks from form filling to document analysis and public agency interactions. This is a hybrid work model position with the office located on Av. Francisco Matarazzo.
Key daily activities include:
- Filling out forms and participating in various corporate projects.
- Providing support in routines related to corporate bodies and partners' deliberations.
- Preparing reports in conjunction with legal partners.
- Registering and updating client data.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and reviewing documents.
- Handling business registration processes (feasibility, DBE, document verification).
- Analyzing foreign documents, sending them for translation, and registering them with public bodies.
- Utilizing electronic systems of commercial boards (JUCESP and JUCERJA).
- Updating cadastral information in public bodies (including state integrators and e-CAC).
- Preparing authenticity declarations.
- Performing administrative routines (reimbursements, billing, among others).
- On-site presence at public bodies (city halls, courts, commercial boards).
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Academic Qualification: Complete graduation or currently studying Law or related fields.
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate English (reading and writing for document and report translation).
