Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are partnering with a prominent organization looking to appoint a General Manager – Consumer Electronics to drive business growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and market expansion
- Lead sales across retail, modern trade, and e-commerce channels
- Manage key accounts, distributors, and strategic partnerships
- Oversee product lifecycle management and pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Ensure operational efficiency, including after-sales service excellence
- Drive financial performance, cost control, and profitability
- Build and lead high-performing commercial and operational teams
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- 20–25 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or related sectors
- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
- Strong exposure to UAE/GCC retail and distribution ecosystems
- Proven leadership in P&L ownership and revenue growth
- Established industry network is highly preferred
