Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize day-to-day technical operations related to pest control services.
- Inspect equipment, identify issues, and implement timely repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to improve pest control techniques and implement new technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to field staff on pest management protocols.
- Monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations while executing pest control measures.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation to track operational performance and service outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in technical operations, preferably in pest control or environmental services.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to pest control industry.
