Key Responsibilities:
To support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality capacity-building and executive development programs for public sector institutions, while strengthening partnerships with national and international stakeholders. The position facilitates effective coordination with government entities, donor agencies, and development partners to ensure programs align with international best practices and contribute to institutional strengthening, policy development, and governance improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen partnerships with public sector organizations, NGOs, INGOs, and international bodies.
- Assist in identifying emerging training and capacity-building needs in governance, public policy, leadership, and institutional development.
- Contribute to the design, customization, and effective delivery of executive education and professional development programs for government officials and public sector entities.
- Facilitate alignment of programs with international best practices while ensuring contextual relevance to Pakistan and partner countries.
- Coordinate program logistics, monitor quality standards, and support initiatives to enhance participant experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain effective liaison and coordination with ministries, donor agencies, and international partners for ongoing programs and collaborations.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, content development, MoUs, and partnership documents to support institutional engagement and growth along with well-maintained data repository
- Provide coordination support to program managers, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth program execution.
Required Skills:

- Working understanding of governance, policy, training and institutional development.
- Ability to manage large-scale programs with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Well-versed in software tools to keep and manage larger datasets.
- Relevant training certifications will be a plus.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Qualification:Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Management, International Relations, Human Resource Development, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognised institution (preferably supplemented with relevant certifications or international exposure)
Experience:
Essential Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including demonstrated experience in working on assignments, managing teams, or coordinating programs within the public sector or development sector.
Experience in the design, development, and execution of capacity-building, training, or executive development programs for public sector institutions.
Strong understanding of public sector governance systems, institutional frameworks, and exposure to international development practices, donor-funded programs, or multilateral engagements.
Desirable Experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to engage and build partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including government entities, international organizations, and development partners.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder and multicultural environment, managing collaborations with both local and international partners.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
