Eligibility / Qualification Required:

The HR & Admin will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for entities across the UAE and KSA. This role requires a dual focus on tactical recruitment and high-level government relations (PRO) coordination to ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws.

  • Coordinate with new joiners to collect mandatory documentation and facilitate a smooth transition into the company.
  • Prepare and issue professional HR correspondence, including offer letters, appointment contracts, and internal policies.
  • Maintain and regularly update the HR database and physical employee files to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure all HR activities remain compliant with regional labor laws (specifically UAE and KSA) and internal company standards.
  • Handle the complete "Joiner to Leaver" process, including induction programs and final exit formalities/settlements.
  • Liaise with PROs and government facilitators to manage work permits, visas, and residency renewals (including Saudi Iqama processing).
  • Utilize government and free zone portals (such as SHAMS or equivalent) to apply for permits and track application statuses.
  • Manage the addition and deletion of employees and their dependents on company medical insurance plans.
  • Verify and update monthly employee timesheets to ensure accurate data for salary processing.
  • Assist in checking payroll invoices and ensuring timely salary transfers in accordance with local wage protection systems (WPS).
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing travel arrangements, accommodation, and office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a combined HR and Administrative role within the GCC region.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS or ERP systems (e.g., Zoho) and standard office software (Microsoft Excel/Word).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with regional labor laws, visa regulations, and government portal operations.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organization: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, especially regarding legal documentation and payroll data.
