What You’ll Do
- Lead finance transformation projects from strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and Business Partnering.
- Design and implement future-ready finance operating models , using best practices, automation, and digital tools.
- Collaborate across PwC’s global network to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
- Manage and mentor teams , ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.
- Develop transformation assets such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools.
- Support business development , including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
What You Bring
- A background in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area — such as Record-to-Report, Procure -to-Pay, Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering— with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.
- Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required .
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to lead teams and deliver results.
- Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable .
