- Local and regional strategies:
- Integrated Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plan and budget for Barbados ensuring alignment with regional Line of Service (LOS) and industry/sector strategies.
- Flagship Thought Leadership: Lead the end-to-end production and distribution of regional thought leadership and surveys, ensuring the Firm’s "Point of View" is relevant to Caribbean business issues.
- Brand Positioning: Optmally position the PwC brand to drive demand among specific buyer groups, including C-suite, large companies, financial services, consumer markets, manufacturing and tourism sectors, as well as the tax and legal services LOS and key priority areas such as digital, sustainability and transformation.
- Campaign and Multi-Channel Execution:
- End-to-End campaigns: Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns, including PR, advertising, digital, and social marketing.
- Event excellence: Planning and often managing high-profile local (and some regional) events including critical path development, invitation development and distribution, registration management, seating plans, event team liaison, list management, presentation development, ROI metrics, and other related support as needed. Events include client conferences and seminars; workshops and community service initiatives to enhance brand equity and build sustainable client relationships.
- Content and messaging: Translate complex professional services into compelling, easy-to-understand value propositions for local and regional audiences. Both internal and external client-facing communications are essential.
- Market Growth and Sales Alignment:
- Pipeline support: Connect marketing efforts directly to the sales pipeline and proposal processes using the Firm's CRM and "Pursuit" frameworks.
- ROI tracking: Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of marketing programmes on client relationships and revenue.
- Competitive intelligence: Monitor regional market trends and competitive activities to adjust go-to-market strategies in real-time.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Minimum 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services or the financial sector.
Education Level (minimum requirement plus any additional desirable qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Capabilities / Skills Required:
- Strategic influence: Proven ability to influence partners and senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment as well as peers and junior members of the team to ensure on time and highest standard of delivery.
- Project management: Exceptional skills in managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
- People management: Experience in the management and nurturing of external relationships with associations and organisations and suppliers of services.
- Technical: High proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms. These include Monday.com, Eloqua, Salesforce, or equivalent.
- Communications: Writing content for a variety of external communications, online advertising, and select internal communications. Reviewing and editing marketing materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use of PwC brand guidelines.
- Artificial intelligence: Proficiency in using AI and generative AI tools to support strategic marketing activities --- including insight development, content creation, campaign optimisation and workflow efficiency --- while ensuring alignment with PwC’s Responsible AI principles and brand quality expectations.
