Eligibility / Qualification Required:

This can be somebody based in Dubai or to work remotely, ideally to start within 2 weeks. You must have luxury villa experience to be considered.
I’m working with a top level design studio in Dubai that specialises in ultra luxury private villas across the Middle East, Europe and parts of Asia.
They’re a design led studio working on large scale private residential projects with a strong focus on quality, detail and delivery. The work is high value, design driven and client facing.
This is a role for someone who wants to take real ownership. You’ll be trusted to lead projects, manage clients and drive schemes forward without being over managed.
You’ll be involved from early concept through to technical delivery, working closely with UHNW clients and internal teams to ensure the design is carried through properly.
You’ll also need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up. While this is a design led position, there will be times where you need to support on production, particularly in the short term.

Requirements:

They’re looking for somebody who:
• Has 8 to 15 years’ experience in architecture
• Has delivered high end private residential projects internationally
• Has worked on large scale private homes, ideally 15,000 sq ft plus
• Is strong creatively and technically
• Is confident presenting to UHNW clients
• Can lead projects from concept through to delivery
• Is strong in Revit and SketchUp
• Is based in the Middle East or open to relocating quickly
• Can start within 2 weeks preferred
Salary:
AED 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
