The Delivering Deal Value Team works closely with other PwC teams, including Strategy, Financial Due Diligence, Regulatory, Legal, and Tax. Together with these specialists, the team provides clients with insights and advice throughout the M&A process. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team, focusing on M&A Consulting and Transaction Advisory Services, offering expert insights in business strategy and financial due diligence.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Leading the strategic planning and execution of complex post-merger integration initiatives to ensure seamless alignment and value realization.
- Conducting in-depth synergy analyses, including the identification, rigorous quantification, and validation of potential synergies arising from business combinations.
- Advising clients on the comprehensive planning and management of divestiture separation processes, ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation.
- Guiding clients through detailed operational due diligence to thoroughly assess the target businesses’ operating environments and identify key value drivers and risks.
- Supporting clients in effectively communicating the quality, performance, and strategic positioning of their operating environments to prospective buyers, enhancing transaction outcomes.
- Experience working on operational and/or financial aspects of M&A-related projects, such as managing and delivering operational change initiatives, merger integrations, synergy analysis, carve-out planning, or financial and operational due diligence.
- Strong financial analysis skills and a good understanding of key financial information drivers.
- Proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and tools in daily workflows, including task automation, information analysis, and content generation.
- The ability to quickly interpret large volumes of information and extract hypotheses and key insights.
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to produce clear and high-quality written reports.
- The ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
