The Recruitment Lead owns the hiring pipeline system.
This role builds and runs scalable recruiting infrastructure — sourcing, evaluation, candidate experience, and offer conversion.
Recruitment is treated as a pipeline engine, not reactive hiring.
Core Mandate
The Recruitment Lead is accountable for:
- Maintaining a strong, always-on hiring pipeline
- Reducing time-to-fill without reducing bar
- Designing scalable candidate evaluation systems
- Ensuring candidate quality and signal clarity
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Architecture
- Build multi-channel sourcing systems
- Develop talent pools ahead of hiring demand
- Maintain visibility into funnel metrics
Evaluation System Design
- Standardize structured interviews and scoring rubrics
- Implement skill-based assessments
- Reduce bias and inconsistency in evaluation
Candidate Experience
- Maintain high-quality communication cadence
- Ensure clarity and professionalism
- Improve offer acceptance rates
Hiring Intelligence
- Track funnel conversion rates
- Identify drop-off patterns
- Continuously optimize recruiting efficiency
