Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Your Profile:

• 3+ years experience in finance transformation consulting or deep expertise in a core finance process area — such as Record-to-Report, Procure -to-Pay, Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering— with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.
• Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working.
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital enablers (e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is desirable.
