Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Assurance Delivery Center Supervisor (Senior Associate) to join our Assurance team in Athens and Thessaloniki.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
As an Assurance Delivery Center Supervisor (Senior Associate), you will be expected to:
- Supervise and coach the ASDC Specialists in performing their tasks
- Assign the work requests to the ASDC Specialists
- Review and accept work requests from engagement teams
- Communicate with User Engagement Teams
- Review work performed by the ASDC Specialists in order to ensure quality of work
- Design and implement technology solutions for ASDC services
What you bring matters:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering and/or related disciplines
- At least three (3) years of working experience in audit or accounting
- Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner, (both in English & in Greek)
- ACA or ACCA in progress
- Technical aptitude for learning new applications and databases
- A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and internal clients at all levels
- Be highly flexible with an ability to build trust within the teams
- Ability to organize and monitor numerous requests
- Attention to detail with the ability to participate, communicate and apply knowledge to deliver quality processes in a wide range of projects
