OBJECTIF DU POSTE : Rattaché(e) au Responsable Technique, le Superviseur Maintenance participe activement à la maintenance de l’ensemble des installations techniques, équipements et bâtiments de l’établissement, tout en supervisant et accompagnant l’équipe technique dans ses missions quotidiennes. Il/Elle veille au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, à la qualité des interventions, au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement, ainsi qu’à la satisfaction client. Le Superviseur Maintenance s’épanouit dans le management d’équipe et accorde une importance particulière à l’accompagnement et au développement de ses collaborateurs. FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES : Suivi Opérationnel Organise et planifie les dépannages, travaux et interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective. Réalise et supervise les interventions techniques nécessaires à la remise en état des installations. Participe à la maintenance prévisionnelle et préventive, avec ou sans l’appui d’entreprises extérieures. Diagnostique les pannes et anomalies, alerte sa hiérarchie en cas d’incident et met en œuvre les premières mesures de sécurisation du site. Intervient sur tout type de matériaux et d’équipements (plomberie, menuiserie, électricité, climatisation, etc.). Management d’Équipe Supervise, répartit et contrôle le travail des agents techniques. Planifie les missions et fixe les priorités selon l’activité opérationnelle. Contrôle la qualité, la sécurité et la productivité des interventions réalisées. Assure un rôle de référent technique auprès de l’équipe et apporte un soutien opérationnel si nécessaire. Le descriptif des missions défini ci-dessus n’est pas exhaustif.
