We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fabric Data Engineer – Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in cloud data engineering, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services, while contributing to cutting-edge data architecture strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric Cloud Architecture
- Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Synapse Spark, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in consulting or professional services environments
- Apply best practices in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git
- Build and maintain robust data models aligned with Data Mesh, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures
- Write efficient and optimized code using T-SQL, PySpark, Python, Scala, Power Query M, or DAX
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and automate workflows with Power Automate Apps
- Ensure data security and identity management with a basic understanding of Microsoft Entra
Eligibility / Qualification Required:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data engineering and cloud architecture
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data services
- Strong command of SQL (T-SQL) and PySpark for data transformation and analytics
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and agile development practices
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and scripting languages like Python and Scala
- Understanding of modern data architecture principles and frameworks
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra or similar identity and access management tools
