The HR system support team operates in the PwC Service Delivery Center office in Katowice. It cooperates with project teams responsible for the implementation and technical support of the system used for HR process management. It works in an international environment with daily contact with clients from Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. The team's tasks focus, among others, on supporting clients in adapting current processes to system functionalities, configuration, and system testing. All team members participate in a certification training providing the necessary knowledge and authorizing them to work with the system.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Maintaining and supporting the Workday system after implementation, including handling incidents, problems, and user inquiries in the production environment.
- Analysis, diagnosis, and removal of functional and technical errors.
- Managing Workday system versions, including analyzing the impact of mandatory updates and preparing the client environment.
- Testing business processes, reports, and integrations before implementing changes (including regression tests).
- Proposing and implementing improvements based on reported business needs.
- Preparation of system and process documentation.
- Cooperation with the PwC implementation team, the client, and external suppliers.
- Very good command of English.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- High analytical and communication skills.
- Client orientation, flexibility, and openness to direct cooperation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and readiness to work in a changing environment under limited supervision.
- Readiness to participate in an English-language training program that ends with an exam.
- Workday HCM certification will be an additional asset.
