Winter Seasonal Responsibilities The Concierge contributes to the smooth operation of Mountain Club Member’s ski and snowboard experience. Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing the use of Member’s equipment and activities. Converse with guests and answer questions regarding recreation facilities and the Resort. Assist Guest with locating and trying on equipment, towels, sportswear, and gear. Ensure that Guest equipment is secure at all times. Distribute locker keys to Members. Maintain and stock food and beverage items in the Mountain Club. Assist with food and cocktail service upon request. Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times. Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guests’ requests or requirements; anticipates guests needs. Internship Qualifications and Skills Pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate from a University. Studying in the Hospitality, Business, or other related field. Must be available minimum 3 months December- March The intern is expected to display passion in all they do, and have an eager drive to fulfill a career in the Hospitality sector. Prior Hospitality experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Additional Internship Responsibilities Attend bi monthly Intern Meetings. Attend assigned Management meetings. Job Shadow in other departments, in order to get a larger scope of the Hospitality operation. Explore Jackson Hole and have the opportunity to build relationships with our staff, as well as other interns. Emerge in the Four Seasons culture by attending special events such as Town Hall, Service Awards, Holiday Parties, and more! Preferred Qualifications Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task. Requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs Stand or walk up to 8 hours per day. Fluent English. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States Benefits!
