You will join an IT team responsible for supporting several business applications. Your role will be to provide level 1 and 2 support, in direct contact with users and development teams (internal or external editors), in an international environment. Those in IT support at PwC will focus on providing front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware. Working in this area, you will be responsible for providing support to internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through a variety of mediums/channels. The guidance will help to resolve technical issues and maintain efficient IT operations at the L2 up to L4 support levels.

- Manage user tickets and ensure their follow-up.
- Diagnose and resolve common incidents.
- Escalate complex problems to development teams or publishers.
- Skill development on applications:
- Understand associated functionalities and business processes.
- Communication and coordination:
- Serve as an interface between users and technical teams.
- Collaborate with contacts across multiple countries.
- Reporting and documentation:
- Produce reports and dashboards via Power BI.
- Maintain the documentation base (procedures, user guides).
- Continuous improvement:
- Contribute to the optimization of support processes.
- Participate in updating best practices.
- Required Skills (Compétences requises):
- Technical:
- Knowledge of Dataviz tools (Power BI).
- Experience in data transformation (ETL (Alteryx, Talend, Informatica, Dataiku, Azure Data Factory/Data Tools, ...)).
- Experience in Python (Databricks, notebooks, or other).
- Knowledge of SharePoint desired.
- Support & IT:
- Ticket management (ITSM tool like ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Good understanding of application environments.
- Languages:
- Fluent English / French (written and spoken) essential.
- Soft skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
