Job Description:
- Responsible for installing & performing minor repairs on computer hardware and peripherals
- Responsible for sending problematic hardware or defective products to the vendor
- Responsible for testing of computers and ensuring that the computers and software installations for in order
- Responsible for maintaining, identifying, and solving any problem that affects the computer system
- Responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of the computer system / other IT equipment and offering recommendations for upgrades.
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems and maintaining computers
- Ensure that problems are timely addressed as per priority level and appropriate measures are taken
