The Premium Relationship Manager role is based in Pakistan, with opportunities in multiple cities. This position involves managing relationships with top customers in the Premium Banking Segment, addressing their banking needs, and generating new business opportunities through referrals and networking. The successful candidate will proactively cross-sell a range of consumer and wealth management products tailored to meet individual client needs. The role requires serving as the primary point of contact for premium clients, addressing all their financial requirements, providing personalized guidance, and delivering exceptional sales and service standards to ensure a premium customer experience. A key responsibility is to drive deposit mobilization by effectively managing and growing premium client portfolios.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Relationship Management role. (Mandatory requirement for shortlisting)
- Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, marketing and portfolio management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Retail Banking.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
