People & Culture Assistant Manager Full time Position : Assistant Department Head Four Seasons Hotel Seoul The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a People & Culture Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This position reports to the People & Culture Manager. Education College education or equivalent experience Experience Experience required by position is from four to six years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization. Desired Skills Delivering results Communication skills Planning and Organizing Attention to detail Cultural Adaptability Requires general working knowledge of Labor laws Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-Job or through a series of professional certifications Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment Ability to read and speak and write English. Key Functions Act as an objective 3rd party in employee counseling or conflict situation and communicate to Director of People & Culture and Assistant Director of People & Culture any circumstances that may raise legal issues for the hotel. Identify, analyze and assist in initiating the appropriate actions to resolve any unsatisfactory pattern of employee turnover. Managing the recruitment process and assist in managing the budget including labor & salary reports and plan cost-effective events within the P&C budget guidelines. Conduct regular walk-through of employee areas, i.e. the employee restaurant, locker room, etc. Ensure that the areas are clean and orderly. Maintain employment files and other records personally and through delegation in a detailed manner on paper and in the P&C computer system. Effectively communicate with employees regarding all benefit changes and open enrolment through a variety of methods including bulletin boards, handouts. Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of People & Culture. We look forward to receiving your application!
