The trainee will support the team in managing product assortments, pricing, promotions, and supplier coordination, gaining hands-on experience in both analytical and operational aspects of the business
What You’ll Be DoingThe Category Management Trainee at Tryano (Beauty Division) will support the team across both commercial and operational aspects of the category. The focus is on managing product assortments, supporting brand performance, and ensuring smooth coordination across launches and in-store execution.
Key responsibilities- Admin Coordination: Maintaining all trackers
- Support with analysing reports
- Collecting and Organizing Data
- Following up with internal teams on requirements and meeting deadlines
What You’ll Need to Succeed- Bachelor's in business, marketing, supply chain or similar fields
- Proactive with a growth mindset
- High Communication skills and Collaborative
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly Organized
