As a generalist client consultant at PwC, you will join other professionals with extensive experience and skills in client consulting. You will analyze client needs, provide consulting services in different client-related areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement effective strategies to enhance their experience, drive business growth, and increase overall client satisfaction.

Strategic and results-oriented Customer Experience Analyst, focused on customer journey mapping, experience strategy development, and supporting new business generation. This professional will be responsible for connecting data, insights, and opportunities to deliver a more fluid, personalized, and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map and analyze the entire customer journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement;
  • Develop customer experience strategies that optimize engagement, retention, and loyalty;
  • Connect CX initiatives to business goals and indicators.
  • Actively identify opportunities for improvement or creation of new products, services, and channels based on the voice of the customer;
  • Support commercial teams in proposing solutions more aligned with customer needs;
  • Participate in innovation initiatives aimed at evolving the consumer experience.
  • Build reports and presentations that translate customer experience into actionable insights;
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing areas to enable integrated solutions.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Degree in Administration, Communication, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with customer experience projects, journey, and/or service.
  • Analytical capacity and strategic vision.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and collaborative posture.
