Eligibility / Qualification Required:
This includes developing strategies to attract visitors to the online store, enhancing the shopping experience on websites or apps, managing inventory, logistics, payment processing, and digital post-sale service. Optimize user experience on e-commerce websites and applications to improve conversion rates.
- Hard Skills: Knowledge and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, etc.
- Soft Skills: Customer orientation with a deep understanding of online customer needs and behaviors. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and propose strategic solutions.
