Qualification:
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience:
08 to 12 years of progressively responsible experience in FMD with minimum 3 to 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role , preferably in hospital and healthcare facilities, industrial plants, or large commercial buildings.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance programs for all civil, electrical, mechanical, and MEP systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and water treatment systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by minimizing equipment downtime and responding promptly to maintenance issues.
- Plan and monitor annual maintenance schedules, asset lifecycle management, and equipment replacement programs.
- Maintain asset records, maintenance documentation, compliance reports, and key maintenance performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare accreditation standards, statutory regulations, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
- Manage maintenance contracts, vendors, contractors, procurement activities, and maintenance budgets efficiently.
- Lead emergency maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and support the commissioning, renovation, and expansion of healthcare facilities while ensuring safe and efficient operations.
