Eligibility / Qualification Required:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities for the law firm across corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution practices
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
•Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients
•Collaborate with legal teams to understand service offerings and align them with client needs
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE legal sector
•Support the development and execution of marketing and client engagement strategies
•Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the firm
•Assist in drafting client communications, profiles, and marketing materials in Arabic and English
•Maintain CRM records and track business development activities and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
•2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a law firm, Bank, Real Estate or professional services environment
•Strong understanding of legal services, Real Estate and the UAE legal landscape
•Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory and Arabic is a bonus
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
Salary:AED 2,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
