Job Location CINCINNATI GENERAL OFFICES Job Description Are you interested in leading end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center that produces iconic brands used around the world? In this role, you will be accountable to ensure all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure are running efficiently and have proper resilience in place to ensure the site runs in fully compliant and secure way. You will also be encouraged to drive continuous improvement while building your supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT.

Job Qualifications You are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Manufacturing IT - Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations IT Operations - Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management. IT infrastructure - Knowledge in network operations or application management IT Security & Risk – Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization to drive programs centered on protecting P&G in terms of information security Leadership - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work optimally in a 'start-up' type environment.
