La persona a cargo de la posición de telefonÃa será responsable de gestionar las comunicaciones internas y externas del hotel, capturar oportunidades de venta y coordinar/derivar reservas de habitaciones, restaurante, bar, spa y room service, garantizando una experiencia excepcional desde el primer contacto. RESPONSABILIDADES: - Atender y gestionar llamadas internas y externas con profesionalismo, manteniendo una comunicación cálida, profesional y personalizada. - Gestionar mensajes, wake-up calls y comunicaciones internas (uso de teams, mail, etc) - Brindar información general del hotel sobre servicios y horarios. - Captar ventas y gestionar reservas restaurantes y bar. - Procesar órdenes de Room Service con conocimiento completo de menús y bebidas. Realizar recomendaciones según preferencias y restricciones alimentarias. Detectar oportunidades de up-selling. - Dar soporte al equipo de Reservas. - Coordinar requerimientos de Housekeeping - Responder ante situaciones de emergencia según protocolo de sseguridad. - Asistir a Front Desk y ConserjerÃa en tareas administrativas. REQUISITOS: - Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria. - Experiencia previa en posiciones similares. - Habilidades comerciales (deseable). - Excelente dominio de inglés tanto oral como escrito. - Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar dÃas y horarios rotativos. - Organización, trabajo en equipo y actitud positiva. El/la candidato/a deberá contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el paÃs.
