Applications are invited from qualified candidates domiciled of the Province of Sindh for recruitment to the following positions at Mehran University of Engineering & Technology Jamshoro. The candidates possessing the educational qualifications and fulfilling the conditions as laid down below should apply on the prescribed application form available on the website.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Ph.D. degree in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/ Institution in consultation with PEC (if applicable).
How to Apply:
Applicants are required to follow these steps:
- Pay the prescribed fee via Auto Generate Challan at Habib Bank Limited, Mehran University Booth, Jamshoro, or any online branch of HBL.
- Fill out the online application form available at http://recruitment.muet.edu.pk.
- Submit a hard copy of the completed online application form along with the original bank challan and attested copies of the following documents to the Director of Human Resource, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro:
- All educational documents from SSC onwards
- CNIC
- Domicile
- Valid PEC registration certificate (mandatory for Industrial Engineering & Management)
- Experience Certificates (if any)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- 03 Passport sized Pictures
- Departmental NOC (if applicable, for Government/Semi-Government employees)
- Research publications (must be binded/perforated)
The application hard copy must reach the office of the Director of Human Resource on or before Monday 20th July, 2026 during office hours.
General Conditions:
- Maximum age limit is 45 years, relaxable for Government, Semi-Government/University employees, provided they apply through proper channel.
- Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application forms along with bank challan with necessary documents for each post.
- Candidates who are already serving in Government / Semi-Government should apply through proper channel with N.O.C. from the employer. An advance copy of the application(s) be sent within due date.
- No third division in whole academic career.
- The recruitment against the above posts shall be made strictly subject to availability of the posts.
- Research Publications must be binded/perforated else application form shall not be entertained.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for written test/interview.
- No T.A / D.A. will be paid for appearing at the written test/interview.
