Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Key Responsibilities: Proactively lead the development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan aligned with the digital master plan. Job Qualifications
- Hard Skills: Experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ability to influence others. Effective communication skills to explain complex cybersecurity concepts in a business context.
- Nice to Have Skills: Certifications such as Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or willingness to obtain within 3 years.
