As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting the full recruitment journey. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our Lines of Service to support thoughtful and effective hiring strategies, deliver a great candidate experience, and connect the right people to the right opportunities - all while launching or growing your recruitment career in a firm that invests in you from day one.

Your Mission

  • Partner with hiring managers across our Lines of Service to understand their talent needs and support the delivery of tailored hiring plans.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening to interviewing and shortlisting - while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects and initiatives that improve how we deliver and help us maximise our hiring impact.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and help us explore creative ways to reach top talent.
  • Use modern recruitment technology to manage your requisition portfolio efficiently and keep data accurate.
  • Grow your knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and the diverse career paths within a professional services firm.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you're proactive, curious, skilled at building relationships and energised by connecting people with opportunities. Ideally, you also bring:

  • A degree in a people-related field (e.g. HR, Psychology, Business, or similar).
  • Some experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function would be an asset; however, we also encourage recent graduates with a genuine interest in HR and recruitment to apply.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (or the eagerness to learn them quickly).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organisation, time management, and the ability to organise work effectively, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships with team members, candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
