This stunning urban beachfront retreat opened in April 2005 in the heart of the business district, and has 237 rooms and 20 unbranded townhouses villas, a large Food and Beverage operation with 10 stunning venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, significant banquets/outside catering, five pools and a private beach, fitness center, and a spa and wellness center offering guests expansive hydrotherapy facilities including an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. Job Description: Deliver exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with various departments and providing personalized hospitality throughout the guest journey. Welcome, recognize, and assist guests during arrival and departure, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards. Handle guest requests, inquiries, complaints, and special requirements professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of guest satisfaction. Prepare and review daily arrivals, welcome amenities, room assignments, and guest recognition arrangements to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with colleagues across all departments while adhering to company policies, standards, and procedures. Manage cashiering responsibilities, including handling cash, foreign currency exchange, balancing assigned banks, and reconciling transactions accurately.
