- Design and implement structured, competency-based selection processes in line with industry's best practices.
- Build and strengthen the Bank's employer brand and develop strategic talent pipelines, including campus and early-career programs.
- Leverage recruitment technology and analytics (ATS, hiring metrics) to drive efficient and data-driven decisions.
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and hiring strategies.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented culture.
