Job Location TORONTO GO Job Description At P&G, eCommerce is a critical growth area and we are looking for a Senior eCommerce Growth Manager to join our Toronto Organization immediately. You will lead top priority work to advance P&G’s digital capabilities and results with a large retailer partner. This work will have high visibility and will include working across multiple business teams within P&G and externally with retailer partners.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Ideal candidate will need to have digital commerce experience and a passion to work in this fast paced, agile environment. Job Qualifications Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited university, any major 4+ years of relevant Digital Commerce experience in either CPG, an eCommerce retail platform, or at an agency is required Strong leadership skills & written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability of critical thinking and problem solving Strong proficiency in Excel is required and base proficiency in data transformation and visualization tools (KNIME, Power BI) is an asset Proficiency in GenAI adaptation of content and basic knowledge in coding are an asset You would be a great fit if you have: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams High level of operational discipline and demonstrated initiative in leading digital transformation projects Ability to identify opportunities for reapplication of successful strategies across brands/teams Love to analyze big data sets to identify new insights and business How to apply: Apply on www.pgcareers.com and complete both your application AND assessments as soon as possible as we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
