Job DescriptionThis is a great summer opportunity for a current college student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on office experience in a fast-paced tech environment. As part of the People team, you will provide essential onsite support at our Redwood City, CA headquarters, keeping daily operations running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.ResponsibilitiesOffice & Kitchen SupportAssist with coordinating office lunchesPlace and manage kitchen supplies orders 1–2 times per month to keep the kitchen supplies stockedMaintain kitchen and common areas, ensuring they are tidy, stocked, and ready for useFacilities & Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate office maintenance requests, liaising with building management and vendors as neededTrack and follow up on open maintenance items to ensure timely resolutionMail & ShippingManage incoming and outgoing office mail and packagesCoordinate shipping requests, including preparing packages and scheduling pickupsMaintain organized mail distribution for HQ staffVisitor & New Hire SupportGreet and assist office visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experienceCoordinate visitor logistics, including badging, parking, and conference room setupPrepare and set up desks for new HQ hires, ensuring workspaces are fully equipped and ready on Day 1General Administrative SupportSupport general office filing, organization, and administrative tasks as neededUndertake additional office support duties as requested QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:Required:Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailEffective multi-tasker with strong time management, capable of handling multiple responsibilities concurrently and prioritizing successfullyFriendly, professional demeanor with great customer service instinctsAbility to lift up to 20 lbsBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communicator, both verbally and in writingReliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trainedLocation: Onsite – Redwood City, CAWork schedule: Monday through Wednesday 8am-4pm or 830-430pm PDT (24 hours/week)The successful candidate will be authorized to work freely in the United States.Nice to Have:Prior internship, work-study, or office/administrative experienceFamiliarity with placing bulk supply or grocery orders a plusInterest in business operations, HR, or office managementEqual Opportunities MonitoringWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
