Government of Sindh, Population Welfare Department, District Population Welfare Office, Keamari invites applications from eligible candidates for the following vacant posts as per the given qualifications. Applications must reach the District Population Welfare Office, Keamari within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• For Women Health Visitor:
  • Matric (Second Division) from a recognized Board.
  • Diploma of Women Health Visitor/LHV course.
  • Age Limit: 18-28 years.

• For posts other than Junior Clerk (i.e., Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Women Health Visitor), candidates must also send their applications along with attested copies of testimonials, CNIC, and domicile/PRC to the District Population Welfare Office, Keamari.
• Original documents, attested copies of testimonials, CNIC, and domicile/PRC must be presented at the time of interview.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.

General Conditions:

• Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement to the District Population Welfare Office, Keamari.
• Candidates for Junior Clerk must pass the screening test conducted by the Institute of Psychological Services (IPS) with at least 40% marks.
• The age relaxation for government employees, women, and disabled persons will be given as per existing government rules.
• The general age relaxation of 7 years as per Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD)/S-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06.03.2025, from the Department of General Administration and Coordination, Government of Sindh, will be provided.
• All applications must be submitted by the last date for age calculation.
• Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channel.
• Quotas for minorities, women, and disabled persons will be observed as per government policy/rules.
• The interview for posts other than Junior Clerk (Chowkidar, Naib Qasid, Women Health Visitor) will be held on 26.04.2023.
• The appointment committee/selection committee of District Population Welfare Office Keamari will conduct the interviews for posts other than Junior Clerk.
• The selection will be made strictly on merit.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• The employer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason.
• These positions are purely temporary, but can be made permanent.
