Responsibilities We're looking for a mid-level UX Designer who blends strong research craft with excellent design skills. You'll spend your time uncovering what our users — CTI analysts, threat hunters, and SOC teams — actually need, then translating those insights into an intuitive experience for our enterprise platform. You'll also help shape how AI shows up in our work — both in the products our analysts use and in how our team designs.

What You'll Do

Design & Product Partnership

Work closely with product management to turn research insights into clear, well-scoped product requirements.

Translate insights into workflows and interactive prototypes.

Help PMs pressure-test ideas early — using prototypes and research to validate before engineering invests.

Rapidly iterate on concepts using AI-assisted prototyping tools.

Partner closely with engineering to ensure design intent carries through to implementation.

Contribute to and apply our evolving design system.

Research

Plan and run end-to-end studies: user interviews, usability tests, surveys.

Build and maintain ongoing customer feedback loops with our enterprise users.

Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights.

Monitor and report on product usage analytics, surfacing trends and anomalies that shape research priorities.

Partner with product managers and engineers to identify the right questions to ask at each stage of the product lifecycle.

  • Present findings in compelling ways — written reports, readouts, journey maps, personas.
  • Advocate for the user across the org and help shape roadmap decisions with evidence.

Required Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years combined experience across UX research and design.
  • Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture, especially for dense, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software — data-dense workflows, power users, technical domains.
  • Demonstrated strength in qualitative research methods: customer/user interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiry.
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on product analytics.
  • Proficiency in Figma for ideation and design system contribution.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) for rapid prototyping and exploration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tell a clear, compelling story with research and design work.
  • A portfolio showing both design and research outputs is required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC operations, or related security domains.
  • Experience integrating research into agile product development cycles.
  • BA/BS in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
