The Debt & Capital Advisory (DCA) team, operating within PwC Deals in PwC Poland, consists of specialists. We handle projects in the areas of financing acquisition, OZE (Renewable Energy Sources) transactions, and restructuring. We facilitate the financing of new investment projects and assist in refinancing existing debt. We also step in during crisis situations, when smart decisions and quick actions are necessary. We also finance projects related to the renewable energy sector, both in debt and M&A. Our daily life involves constant new challenges, a changing environment, and ambitious clients. Regardless of what our client intends – whether they want to finance a new project, manage working capital, carry out company restructuring, or increase shareholder value – as experts, we help throughout the entire end-to-end process. We are looking for a Manager to join our team.
Your future role will involve:
- comprehensive assessment of the operational and financial activities of enterprises in terms of their ability to regulate liabilities,
- creating and implementing financing strategies for the largest Polish enterprises, including changing the terms of existing client financing,
- acquiring various forms of financing on the Polish and international markets,
- financing investments, including large infrastructure investments,
- financing M&A,
- assessing short- and long-term liquidity of enterprises,
- preparing debt restructuring and operational restructuring plans,
- building complex financial models and preparing advanced financial and market analyses,
- developing relationships with key clients and strategic partners and active involvement in acquiring new projects,
- ongoing support in developing team members' competencies through mentoring, knowledge sharing, feedback, and leading project trainings.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- You have at least 5-6 years of experience in corporate finance (due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, M&A), financing restructuring, or in a bank in a structured finance / investment banking team.
- You possess advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis and visualization tools.
- You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- You are fluent in English and Polish.
- You have highly developed analytical and communication skills and are fully committed to your tasks.
Preferred:- ACCA, CIMA, DI, MPW, or CFA qualifications.
