Job Location KUALA LUMPUR GENERAL OFFICE Job Description This dual-role position combines responsibilities for sales operations support and pharmacy engagement. The role supports the Distributor Operation, and Key Account teams with reporting, administrative tasks, claims processing via Matrix, and stewardship support. Additionally, it involves direct engagement with central and local chain pharmacies through product detailing, knowledge sharing, and market insight reporting to enhance brand presence and assist in driving sales.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Job Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: 2-3 years of working experience in Sales Operations or Sales roles Detail-oriented and operational with discipline with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales operations or as a pharmacy detailer is advantageous. Expertise in AI or coding, experienced in simplifying & streamlining data Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Competencies: Experience with PowerBI, Excel (VBA & Macros) is a plus Sales Reporting & Data Analytics Leveraging AI for simplification Process & Claims Management Communication & Interpersonal Skills Product Detailing & Knowledge Sharing Working Conditions: Combination of office-based and fieldwork, with frequent visits to pharmacy outlets.
